ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case / F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.11.2016.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has made a statement before the respondent police stating that the proposed accused has given assurance that he will settle the amount, within a period of four months. Therefore, in view of the above assurance made by the proposed accused, the complaint was closed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the competent Court seeking appropriate remedy.
4.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court seeking appropriate remedy.
