ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the fourth respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons including the fifth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
