2.Heard Mr.S.Gokul Raj, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact and RC notice was also served.

4.Though the service of the RC notice was disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the RC notice is served to the learned Counsel for the petitioner by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
