ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 to quash the proceeding in Crime No.93 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, taking note of the fact that the case is of the year 2014, the respondent police is directed to make sure that the charge sheet is taken on file and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, is also directed to look into the said matter and take steps to number the charge sheet.
