ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the Inspector of Police, Koodalpudur Polcie Station, Madurai City to expedite the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2010, dated 27.02.2010 and to file the final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (crl.side) for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an investigation has been conducted and the charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai in C.C.No.131 of 2012.
