This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings.

2.The defacto complainant Valliyammal is present in person before me. She is identified by her counsel and also Thiru.C.Pandi, Special Sub Inspector of Police, V2, Avaniyapuram Police Station. The complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
