The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 177 days in representing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.78 of 2023 dated 30.04.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Court, Manamadurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
