Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that both parties appeared before the second respondent and gave a statement that they are going to settle the matter. In the light of the above said statement, the second respondent closed the complaint.
