O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 22.05.2017 consequently directing the second respondent to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted, in which, both the parties were advised to abide the judgment rendered by the civil court and thereafter, the complaint was closed.
