This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2012. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.5 of 2012 of Kotticode Police Station and the Inspector of Police, Kotticode Police Station, Kanyakumari District, after conducting the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2012, filed a referred charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram.
