This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in the grounds of appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after passing of award, name of the company was changed from Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited into Generali Central Insurance Company Limited and hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the present petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
