ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.06.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364(A) of IPC altered into 147, 364(b), 323, 354 and 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.310 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of one Daisyrani and she borrowed a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from one Johnshi and failed to return the same. Hence, the said Johnshi approached the petitioner. The petitioner and his friends kidnapped Daisy Rani in a Maruthi Vehicle and threatened her with dire consequences and also misbehaved with her and also beaten her with stick. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences stated above.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and his name is originally not found in the FIR. Only after later point alone he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this Court, by the order dated 11.07.2016 dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11286 of 2016 but this petition is filed on 18.07.2016. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant and demanded ransom and misbehaved with her and also beaten her with stick. 5.The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant and demanded ransom. 6.Considering the allegation that the petitioner and other accusec committed serious offence by kidnapping and demanding ransom and the investigation is at preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
