*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to restore the sunshade of the petitioner's house and that of the bore well in Survey No.115/19, Devapattu Village, which was demolished and dismantled respectively, pending disposal of the revision filed by the petitioner before the first respondent.

2. Though very many contentions are raised in the writ petition, considering the scope of the writ petition, we are not traversing into other averments. Even, according to the prayer, revision is pending, instead of giving direction to restore the sunshade, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition, within a specified time, fixed by this Court.

3.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to dispose the revision petition on or before 31.12.2018.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
