ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR and initiate proper action in accordance with law and to submit final report before the appropriate judicial forum in respect of the offence committed by the accused person described in complaint dated 20.10.2017. 2.Heard Mr.M.Gururaj, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.736 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 of IPC.
