ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.1312/2022-AS, dated 14.11.2022 from Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai, this Court made the following order:
"The learned Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai sent a letter dated 14.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of EA.No.329 of 2018 in EA.No.206 of 2017 in E.P.No.100 of 2007 in OS.No.123 of 1999 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.03.2021.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of EA.No.329 of 2018 in EA.No.206 of 2017 in E.P.No.100 of 2007 in OS.No.123 of 1999."
