2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai, has sent a letter in D.No.924/2025 dated 13.06.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.147 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.03.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.147 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
