PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the case upon a complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sivabalan For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case upon a complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint was enquired and the same was closed stating that the said complaint is false.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Jurisdictional Court to raise his objections under the provisions of law.
