This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli to expedite the hearing in EP.No.129/2017 in RCOP.No.153/2014 on its file and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER: This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day (03.08.2018) and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court 23.04.2018 and requisition letter submitted by the learned 1st Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli in letter D.No.681/2018 dated 20.07.2018 forwarded by The Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in letter D.No.7155, dated 25.07.2018 seeking extension of time, this court made the following order; This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the E.P.No.129 of 2017 in RCOP.No.153 of 2014, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order, dated 23.04.2018, directing the trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.129 of 2017 in RCOP.No.153 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the learned Judge has sought for two months time. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the E.P.No.129 of 2017 in RCOP.No.153 of 2014, is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally. No further extension will be given.
