3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner further seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to file such petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam will consider the same on merits in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
