Pathalapettai Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk,Trichirappalli District and S.No.612, New S.No.612/1, Plot NO.157, an extent of 7.65 cents in Semmankulam Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichirappalli District and consequently directing the respondent to decide the one time settlement offer by considering his representation dated 1.2.2023. ********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner reports compliance of the directions of this Court and as such, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2.Further, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondent Bank for One Time Settlement.

3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to submit a representation in this regard to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receiptof a copy of this order 2/4

and on receipt of such representation, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. Till such time,the respondent communicate its decision, the respondent shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioner, in the subject matter in issue. 4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
