To set aside the order passed in Cr.MP.No.4251 of 2014 dated 17.12.2014 in S.T.C.No. 2558 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, to reopen and recall the complainant witnesses PW2 to PW5.
Petition having been listed today for granting further time, coming for hearing, upon perusing order dated 18.02.2015 made in CRL OP(MD)No.917 of 2015 and the letter D.No.3475 dated 13/09/2015 of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and in the presence of Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamil Kani, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order :- The Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi sought further extension of four months' time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.2558 of 2008. 2.Time is extended for further period of four months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
