ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the civil suit was pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent has filed so many complaints against the petitioner. The respondents 1 to 4 have enquired the petitioner and they obtained the statement from the petitioner forcibly as if he will vacate the property within seven days and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner.

3.On the side of the respondents 1 to 4, it is stated that the fifth respondent is the mother of the petitioner. The petitioner in a drunken mood used to beat his mother. On the complaint of the fifth respondent, the enquiry was conducted. The petitioner voluntarily gave the statement that he will vacate the house within a period of seven days and on his statement, the CSR proceedings was already closed.

4.C.S.R.No.107 of 2021 was closed. There is no other petition pending against the petitioner before the respondents. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
