PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the R1 to R4 to give adequate police protection to the life and body of the petitioner for the enjoyment of the property in Survey No. 382/2B (0.82.5 Ares) and Survey No. 383/1 (0.27.00 Ares) in Patta No. 1101, Poolangal Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give adequate police protection to the life and body of the petitioner for the enjoyment of the property in Survey No. 382/2B (0.82.5 Ares) and Survey No. 383/1 (0.27.00 Ares) in Patta No. 1101, Poolangal Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.02.2022 to the respondents 1 to 4 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 8 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
