The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had lost the partition deed original executed between the brothers and sisters of the husband of the Petitioner in the family partition, which was registered as document No.1003 of 1980, dated 19.08.1980. After missing the same, the Petitioner had given an online complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Tamil Nadu Police Citizen Portal. Subsequently, the Petitioner approached the second Respondent with all relevant documents still he had not considered the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, she is forced to file this petition seeking a direction against the Respondents 1 and 2. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submit that the Petitioner sent a representation through online but she had not appeared before the Respondent Police.

The Respondent Police received the representation and registered CSR No.2462 of 2023. Since the Petitioner did not come forward to appear before the second Respondent, the Respondent Police are unable to issue non-traceable certificate.

the Respondents are ready to consider the representation. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondents in person with all relevant documents. On such appearance of the Petitioner with all relevant documents and photographs, as per the circular of Director General of Police/Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in Rc.No.2029209/General.4(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022, the Respondents shall consider and pass appropriate order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 11.03.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet: Yes/No LR 3/5
