2. The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 420, 506(i) of I.P.C r/w 4 of TNWH Act 1998 r/w 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance Act 2014 in Crime No.163 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, move this petition seeking direction to the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Madurai to be considered the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day of his surrender.

3. Perused the records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court

after giving notice to the learned Public Prosecutor within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the concerned Court is directed to pass order purely on merits and in accordance with law on the same day.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
