This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing second respondent to commence the investigation and file final report in Crime No.145 of 2017, on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Jayamangalam Police Station, Theni.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact".
