ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), r/w 4 (1)(A),4(1)(g), 4(1)(h), 4(1)(jj) and 7 of TNP Act, Section 66 of TNP Act and Sections 467, 468, 420, 465 and 471 I.P.C. in Crime No.254 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.04.2015, the First accused transported 34 boxes of spurious IMFL brandi bottles in a vehicle bearing registration No.TN31 AD 8925 and also possessed two rolls of bogus labels and seized spurious liquor from other accused. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that expect the petitioner.

Other accused were arrested and released on bail and the petitioner is a purchaser of liquor from the first accused and he is nothing to do with the offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner does not have any previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
