ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.10.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file final report.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, during the enquiry, the proposed accused made a statement before the respondent police, stating that he will settle the demanded amount by way of monthly installments to the petitioner and the petitioner also requested not to proceed with the complaint. By recording the statement made by the proposed accused, the complaint was closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the competent forum to seek appropriate remedy, if any default is made by the proposed accused.
