This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 346 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.29,365/- in C.M.A.SR(MD) No.21300 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the averments made in support of this petition.

3. Even though, in the prayer portion, it is mentioned that there is a delay of 346 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.29,365/-, it is seen that an amount of Rs.27,520/- had already been paid and there was a deficit of only Rs.1,965/- due to wrong calculation of the court fee. Therefore, in fine, the delay in payment of deficit court fee is only to the tune of Rs.1,965/-.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
