Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHESH.J., Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner herein and his wife executed a disputed power deed and the petitioner is to be impleaded in the case.

2.The prosecution has no serious objection.
