Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing these respondents 2 and 3, to handover the charges and possession of the administration of the St.Georges Church situated in Main Guard Square, which is under the administrative control of the respondents 2 and 3, as per the order of this Honble High Court dated 03-10-2019, passed in W.P.No.21175 of 2019, within a time frame to this petitioner as the secretary and his executive members. ORDER
W.M.P.(MD) No.5015 of 2022 has been filed to grant leave to the petitioners to file a Review Application to set aside the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.6638 of 2021 dated 17.02.2022. 2.There is no merits in the review application as the election has been completed and a report was filed by the Commissioner, who was appointed to conduct the election. If at all the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have to only challenge the election in the manner known to law.
3.Therefore, W.M.P.(MD) No.5015 of 2022 stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Rev.Aplw.(MD) No.SR14257 of 2022 stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
