ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the "Adal Padal" programme on 07.03.2023 at 06.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in connection with "Thiru Vizha" of Arulmigu Sri Bagavathi Amman and Sri Pappathi Amman Thirukoil at Nariyapatti Village, Neerpalani Post, Viralimalai Taluk, 2.Though the matter was adjourned to 17.03.2023, on mentioning by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was taken up today in the evening session. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that because of the dispute between two neighbouring village people, the case in Crime No.61 of 2021 was registered for the offence under Section 302 IPC, which is under investigation. Later, 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings have also been initiated and before the Revenue Divisional Officer, both the Village people appeared and gave a statement that they amicably settle the issue and they will not make trouble to each other in any way. On the basis of the above said undertaking the above said proceedings was closed. 2/4

3.In the light of the above said development, the respondent shall dispose the representation that has been given by the petitioner by summoning the opposite parties also, ascertaining the ground facts and situation and depending upon the assessment of ground situation, orders shall be passed immediately.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
