Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A4 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 417, 376 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that A1 and the de-facto complainant fell in love with other and by giving promise to marry her, A1 had sexual intercourse with the de-facto complainant and now, she is pregnant, but he refused to marry her and when the same was questioned, the accused threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that they are parents and relative of A1 and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on each of them executing a own bond for a sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
