Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 28.05.2018, 05.09.2018, 01.11.2018 and 28.12.2018 and to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the property situated at Village Natham Survey No.73/14, Ariyur Village, Madurai North Taluk, mesuring 646 Sq.ft. vacant land.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given more than one representation seeking issuance of Patta in her favour in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice, before passing orders. 4. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
