(MD)No.13478 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.448 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 and thus render justice.

Prayer in CRL A(MD).448/2022 :

To call for the records in Spl.S.C.No.115 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District, and set aside the judgment dated 20.05.2022 and acquit the appellant of the Charge leveled against the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13478 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.448 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
