ORDER

The petitioner challenges the order of eviction dated 14.02.2025. 2.When the matter came up for admission, I pointed out to Mrs.S.Latha, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 that the order of eviction is against the interim order of stay granted in W.P.(MD) No.16596 of 2024. Mrs.S.Latha stated that she will get institutions from her client and report today. 3.When the matter was taken up today, Ms.Shakthi Bavadarani appearing on behalf of Mrs.S.Latha states that the order 2/4

impugned in this writ petition has been withdrawn by the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.184/gp4/2025, dated 05.03.2025.

4.As the impugned order has been withdrawn by the third respondent himself, nothing remains to be adjudicated. The plea of Ms.Shakthi Bavadarani that on account of the interim order, the fourth respondent is suffering, may be addressed before the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.16596 of 2024. 5.The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
