Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the Revision petition against order dated 15.02.2018 passed in IA No.17 of 2016 in unnumbered AS in G.L.No.923 dated 18.01.2016 and passed further or other orders deem fit and proper to the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR.49861 of 2018:

To set aside the order dated 15.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.17 of 2016 in Unnumbered A.S. In G.L.No.923 of 2016 dated 18.01.2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.CHELLAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(MD)No.SR49861 of 2018.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to "Chief Justice Relief Fund", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

3. This petition is accordingly ordered. On showing proof of payment, Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if the papers are otherwise in order.
