ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued in S.C.No.

129 of 2008 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 506(ii) IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case was registered in the year 2008 and the petitioners have been regularly appearing before the trial court and due to unavoidable circumstances, they did not appear on 20.06.2014 and hence Non Bailable Warrant was issued and the petitioners undertake to appear for all future hearings without fail. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudramn, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the said court on all future hearings. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
