This petition has been filed, to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.08.2017 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.
3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the complaint has been closed and both parties are advised to approach the civil court.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil court.
