The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- available in his PF Account No.13244 on the file of 1st respondent Trust so as to enable him to meet out marriage expenses of his son which is scheduled to be held on 07.05.2025.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the proceedings, dated 07.03.2025 issued by the respondents and would submit that an amount of Rs.5,59,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Fifty Nine Thousand only) has been paid to the petitioner towards PF loan. In view of the above factual position, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
