ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in crime No.188 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police registered as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.188 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and the respondent police laid the charge sheet on 10.01.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy and the same was not taken cognizance in C.C.No.173 of 2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
