Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer and appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (Mathematics) at Tiruchendur or Karungulam or Sivakalai Government Higher Secondary School on administrative grounds by invoking clause 17 of G.O.403 1(D), dated 29.05.2018 by considering the representation of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer and appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (Mathematics) at Tiruchendur or Karungulam or Sivakalai Government Higher Secondary School on administrative grounds by invoking clause 17 of G.O.403 1(D), dated 29.05.2018, by considering the representation of the petitioner.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that a vacancy of PG Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Mathematics) is available at Thiruchendur Boys Higher Secondary School, in which, the Petitioner is also inclined to join. 3.Recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
