This petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent to register FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017 and 12.10.2017 respectively, submitted before the respondents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.14 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and he has also produced the copy of the First Information Report before this court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
