ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.We are satisfied that Siluvai Kitherion tried to earmark a corner of the street for his personal use. Hence, the petitioner herein filed W.P(MD)No.26017 of 2024. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the said encroachment made by the petitioner had been removed and the photographs produced by the learned Government Counsel bear this out.

3.We direct the respondents to conduct a proper survey so that the street portion is not at all encroached in future also. 4.This Contempt Petition is closed.
