This petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam to conduct speedy trial and to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.3777/2013 in M.c.No.12/2003 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
