ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, arrested by the respondent police and remanded to Judicial custody by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar on 13.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 506(ii) IPC r/w.Sec.4 of Prevention of Child from Sexual offences Act, in Crime No.8 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 59 days and co-accused/Accused Nos.3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 have already been released on bail by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).Nos.8095 and 8142 of 2015, dated 28.04.2015.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over.

4.Considering the long period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for
