PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of the file of Vanniampatti Police Station for the offence under Sections 341, 392, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C and in Crime No.194 of 2015 on the file of Srivilliputhur Town Police Station for the offences under Sections 454 and 380 of I.P.C, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.04.2015 and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had robbed money of the defacto complainant at knife point.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had love affair with the daughter of one retired Deputy Superintendent of Police and due to that motive, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) filed counter affidavit stating that the petitioner has involved in previous cases and he had also produced a statement, which shows that the petitioner is involved in 30 previous cases of similar nature.
5. Considering the above said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
