ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the second respondent's Administrative Transfer Order, issued in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.064618/W3/E3/2018, dated ... 10.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (Physics) at Government Higher Secondary School, Anaikuli, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kanyakumari District or Thucklay Government Higher Secondary School, Kanyakumari District or at Maruthakulam Government Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli District.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that a vacancy of PG Assistant (Physics) is available at Thackalay Government Higher Secondary School, Kanyakumari District, in which, the Petitioner is also inclined to join.

3.Recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
