O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for expeditiously disposing of C.C.No.6 of 2020 on the file of the learned Juridical Magistrate No.II, Sattur.

2.Normally, this Court will be reluctant to issue a direction particularly when the case is of recent vintage. But then, the petitioner's counsel points that even though the C.C. is of the year 2020, the FIR is of the year 2014. Final report was made ready in the year 2015 itself and even though it was filed before the Court below in year 2017 itself, it was numbered only after a gap of three years. The petitioner is a senior citizen. She is not having any issue. Therefore, the case on hand will have to be fast tracked. Hence, the learned Trial Magistrate is directed to fast track the proceedings and endeavour to conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
