Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul in C.C.No.436 of 2011 and to arrest the 2nd respondent and produce him before the trial Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul in C.C.No.436 of 2011 and to arrest the 2nd respondent and produce him before the trial Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.436 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul has been disposed of on 05.06.2015 itself and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
